THE FUN, THE STRUGGLES AND THE IN-BETWEENS
To be fair, I am not a very serious type of person, at least on most of these days. I love what I love and dislike what I dislike. Therefore, this blog is dedicated to the flip-floppiness of my so call my mind.
As you might have already concluded while stumbling upon this blog of mine (aka. my public reading journal and space to rant) I am a dyslexic individual with a fascination for pink. I thrive to record my reading and life experiences. For what it is, I want to look back someday and be able to acknowledge the person I am right now, the person I will have been and the joys as well as struggles experienced throughout this journey called life. Moreover, I want to encourage anyone who might feel invalidated by society, just like I often do.
Despite being a reader and having this huge community of other avid readers who love to talk about their favourite stories or writers, I tend to feel lonely. Being rather introverted and neurodiverse communication can be difficult. Not everyone understands my enthusiasm or distress that stories can cause me and the is alright. I don’t need everyone to get me. I only need to understand and accept myself.
That is why I am working on a blog that can raise interest in books without being too wordy. Convey my thoughts and maybe intrigue those who might be put off by big reviews. I know you exist because that is exactly how I am. Wanting to avoid extra-readings that adds absolutely nothing to the experience and magic of reading.
